Events and Classes
During these six weeks, we will dive deep into our hips, finding ways to create more ease in our movements, improve our mind-body connection, build strength and vitality, and reduce stress. My intention is to guide students to a more subtle, internal experience, to help people get out of their heads and connect with the core of their being, their own inner guidance. This class is great for beginners and intermediate students alike.

🌟 What to Expect: A balanced blend of traditional yoga postures, mindful breathing, and a short meditation.
🌟 What to Bring: Yoga mat and water bottle
